ORDERING

When will my order ship?

Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and packed - this does not include shipping times. If there is any issue with your order, we will reach out to you via the email listed on your order in a timely manner. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been packed and shipped out with the respective carrier.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, they cannot be cancelled as all orders are put into production within 48 hours of the order being placed.

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Packages shipped within Canada will be shipped via Canada Post. All international parcels will be shipped to a destination hub and passed off the destination country's postal service for final delivery. Please note that shipping timelines may be extended for international orders and may take 2-7 weeks to be delivered.

Do I need to pay customs on my orders?

Ready Set Go Inc. is not responsible for any customs or duties that are levied on international orders. Tax rates may vary between countries and we unfortunately do not have control over any possible duties.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Transit times for orders vary depending on the region and where they are being shipped to. This refers only to the transit times with the carriers once a tracking number has been generated.

Within Canada: 2-13 business days

USA: 3-15 business days

International: 4-22 business days

Please note that due to COVID-19 restrictions with various shipping carriers, you may experience some additional delays.

 

RETURNS

What is your return or exchange policy?

All products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any questions prior to ordering, contact our support team at support@rsg.ai and our team will be more than happy to help guide you through your purchases.

I received my order and it was damaged or defective. What can I do?

If you've received your order and it was damaged or defective, please contact our support team with your order number and images of the garment immediately within 3 days of receiving your order.
